Returns/Exchanges
The return or exchange of parts can only be made within
14 days of receiving the item. For any returns or exchanges after this period,
prior approval is required. Motorcycle Dream Shop will do everything we can to ensure each customer's
satisfaction. Return/Exchange Method: Send us an email or give us a call
to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items Damaged in Shipment: We ship all merchandise via UPS and every package is insured. If you think your
merchandise was damaged during shipment contact Motorcycle Dream Shop immediately. Merchandise sold by Motorcycle Dream Shop is guaranteed by the manufacturer of the
product under their respective terms of warranty. Claim consideration will be made in a quick and just
fashion by the manufacturer. Motorcycle Dream Shop hereby expressly disclaims all warranties,
either expressed or implied, including and implied, warrant or merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
Motorcycles and ATV's can be dangerous.
NO Merchandise may be returned or exchanged
once installed or worn.
Items to be returned or exchanged will need to have a
Return Authorization Number.
(This helps us track your items and it results in a
much faster turn around time.)
All items must be returned in resellable condition. There is no restocking fee when exchanging helmets or
apparel that is the wrong size. There is a 10% restocking fee
on all other exchanged merchandise. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
Discontinued, closeouts, or sale items CANNOT be returned or exchanged,
unless prior arrangements are made. Once a return/exchange authorization number
is issued, the merchandise must be in possesion of Motorcycle Dream Shop within
14 business days.
Customer pays for shipping on all returns or exchanges unless
it is our error, then we will cover shipping and restocking fees.
All parts must be returned
in the original manufacturers' packaging and in the same condition they were
sold.
Once issued, the Return Authorization Number must be displayed on the outside of the box.
DO NOT put the Authorization Number on the manufacturers packaging.
Returns must include the customers Name, Address, Phone Number, the Reason for the return and what
items are needed in exchange.
The parts manufacturer is solely responsible for any damages to person or property caused from design,
manufacturing, testing and use of their products and Motorcycle Dream Shop does not accept
any liabilities for such damages.
We shall not be liable for consequential damages.
Motorcycle Dream Shop has no control over the use of any part. It is the responsibility of the
owner/operator to excercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and
maintenance of any parts in any way by any person.
Motorcycle Dream Shop shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.
